After my not-so-successful April Stitch Fix, the excitement level for my May Fix wasn't as high. Don't get me wrong, I was still looking forward to it, just not with the same level of excitement.
This Fix gave me the feeling of traveling through time with what seemed like different looks from different decades. My stylist this month was Cindy.
Aleah V-Neck Heathered Dolman Sleeve Shirt - $48.00
The fabric on this one was so soft and comfy that I really wanted to like it. However, the style of this shirt reminded me very much of the 80s; the sleeves had wings and the shirt cinched at the bottom. I understand that many styles from the 80s have returned, but that doesn't mean that I have to like it.
I'll be sorry to send back that soft, soft fabric.

Ivy Tulip Print Tab Sleeve Blouse - $68.00
Without the belt as seen in the picture, this shirt was pretty boxy. The sleeves, although rolled and buttoned, kept sliding down to my elbows and made it awkward. It's also way too expensive.

Calgary Houndstooth Detailed Blouse - $48.00
The first thing that came to mind when I put it on was the word "hippie". This blouse was very boxy and didn't flatter my figure at all. I didn't care for the pattern or the colors in the box at the top of the shirt. The material was also too thin, although it did feel good on the skin.

Jordy Slim Bootcut Jean - $88.00
These jeans are very comfortable, fit well in the waist, are just the right length, look great, and are just a little more expensive than what I usually pay for jeans. They also go great with the Luci Airy Knit Scoop Neck Sweater I got last month.
Hmm ... I think I might use this photo for a Stitch Fix Friday contest.

Callie Hammered Hoop Earrings - $34.00

Overall
I'm starting to wonder if I'm just not a fan of Spring fashion with all the flowers and boxy shirts. This Fix was another disappointment. The styles don't seem to match the Pinterest board I've put together and they definitely don't match, well, my style.
At least it wasn't a complete waste of a styling fee as I kept the jeans.
